    Typical product of Puglia, you will surely find this specialty snack in every home. It’s prepared with flour, mixed with olive oil, white wine, salt and pepper (add fennel seeds or any herbs you like). The dough is kneaded and pressed into a knot shape and then boiled before it is oven-baked for its crispy bite.
