Account
You may create an account on our Website to facilitate the placement of orders. If you create an account, you are required to provide information that is accurate and up to date. If incomplete or incorrect information is provided and you do not give us the correct information in full within a reasonable time of our request, we may either terminate the contract. We will not be responsible for supplying products late or not supplying them if it is caused by you not giving us correct and complete information

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Products in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
You will be required to provide your personal information and payment details when placing an order. By placing an order, you warrant that the personal information and payment details provided by you are complete and accurate, that you are the person referred to in the information provided and that you are the owner of the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used.

Payment will be taken at the time the order is placed.

After you have placed an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming our receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract for the purchase of the products will not be formed until we send you a confirmation email.

We may refuse to process an order for any reason. If we refuse to process your order, we will provide you with a full refund of your purchase

Payment
Payment can be made by Credit Card, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Refunds and Returns
Only items purchased on the Masseria Potenti website can be returned to masseripotenti.it for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Masseria Potenti will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the items back to Masseria Potenti.

Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Masseria Potenti will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.

In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Masseria Potenti to process any refund or exchange.

We will do our best to process returns within 5 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.

Delivery
We deliver your purchases worldwide. Depending upon your location, the time that delivery will take for your purchase to reach you may vary. Nevertheless, we use the quickest courier to reach you for the earliest possible. Certain items cannot be shipped to your country, due to regulatory, hazard, safety or other reasons.  Delivery costs are not included in the prices of products and will be charged in addition. Delivery costs will vary depending on the products you have ordered and your delivery address. The delivery costs applicable to your order will be displayed before you place your order.

Taxes & Duties
Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. Additional costs, such as customs, import duties, VAT, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or the shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility.
